Stubee provides a fully functional Live Demo to all prospective clients. We highly encourage school administrators to thoroughly evaluate the software before making a purchase.
Because of the initial server setup, database configuration, and onboarding training provided, subscription fees are non-refundable once the software has been deployed for your school.
Fees paid for additional services such as School Website Development, Mobile Apps, or Custom Design Services are non-refundable once the development or design work has commenced.
You may choose to cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Refunds may only be issued under exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate payments) at the sole discretion of the Stubee management team.
